Responsibilities
- Support senior copywriters and designers by extending established campaign projects across channels (social, web, email, digital ads)
- Open to feedback and willing to learn, collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Execute production tasks following direction and templates.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across teams.
- Welcome constructive feedback and actively pursue continuous learning.
- Ensure work meets high quality and consistency standards.
- Demonstrate natural problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
- Maintain organization of files and project materials.
- Professional copywriting experience – normally acquired through completion of an accredited program at a college or university.
- Experience delivering digital and social advertising campaigns, from brief through to production.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience with a strong and diverse portfolio of advertising campaign (fashion / retail is an asset).
- Able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Excellent grammar skills.
- Basic proficiency in core copywriting tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel - Figma is a big plus!).
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain tone of voice consistency through different channels of communications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understands client brand & business objectives and translates into compelling copy.
