- 12-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
- Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
- Remote on Monday and Friday.
- On-site Tuesday to Thursday.
- Develop and execute compelling content aligned with campaign objectives, including lead generation, retention, awareness, and cross-sell initiatives.
- Create high-quality content across multiple channels such as email, web, social media, blogs, print, and direct mail.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all deliverables.
- Apply SEO best practices to optimize content performance and visibility.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics including engagement, click-through rates, and conversions to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate within agile squads, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by partnering with relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to ideation and development of innovative marketing concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in content creation or copywriting.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing diverse writing across digital, campaign, and conceptual work.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with digital marketing channels including email, social media, and web.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and content optimization.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with financial services or insurance industry is an asset.
- Knowledge of human-centered design thinking is an asset.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when required.
