--What will your typical day look like?You'll leverage your deep analytics knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor to clients and consulting teams as part of the Organizational Design and/or Transformational process. You'll be a part of consulting teams to develop analytics insights through Orgvue (and other analytics tools) and implement Organizational Design solutions across industries. As a consultant on this team, you'll support clients, teams and individuals by providing expert analytics guidance and solutions.Additionally, you'll support Learning & Development activities for Orgvue and org analytics and provide training and support to clients and the internal teams on how to effectively use the Orgvue platform to drive organizational change and transformation.About the teamThe Organizational Strategy & Design team contains the best, brightest and dedicated consultants in Canada.   • 2+ years of relevant experience in Orgvue or other relevant analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI etc.
  • A strong track record in delivering meaningful and actionable org analytics insights for clients/internal teams
  • Experience in data cleansing and identifying required information for analysis
  • Experience in analyzing org structures to identify areas of opportunities
  • Deep knowledge of building analytics visualizations to interpret workforce data for optimizing effectiveness and efficiency
  • Experience in developing key metrics to identify areas of improvement in the organization
  • Comfort working collaboratively across teams and industries - to tackle our client's issues holistically
  • Ability to collaborate with the Client HR/leadership teams for data validation and accuracy
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders to enhance their understanding and utilization of Orgvue' s capabilities
Positions based in Quebec: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $57,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
