This role entails significant collaboration within the team and across various departments of the fund. The successful candidate will be empowered to own results and deliver end-to-end solutions—from raw data ingestion to production-ready analytics and reporting tools.The Investment Engineering team works closely on portfolio management, rebalancing, tactical allocation, and research activities across TFM. The team manages and enhances the data, processes, and models that underpin these activities, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and efficiency. This role is focused on leveraging AI to transform how work gets done. The Associate will identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows, and build scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and operational complexity. This includes developing decision-support tools, automating processes, and using AI-assisted approaches to accelerate development and improve investment decision-making.The team also oversees project management and delivery on strategic initiatives related to portfolio construction, analytics, and investment processes, collaborating with technical partners and business groups to achieve project goals.
