- Design, build, and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
- Design and maintain Data Extensions, Lists, and synchronized data structures, with a clear understanding of Standard, Synchronized, and Salesforce Data Extensions.
- Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Commercetools) using REST/SOAP APIs, Talend, or Snowflake.
- Configure and schedule automations for data imports, SQL queries, triggered sends, and other recurring processes.
- Develop and maintain AMPscript and SQL for dynamic content personalization and data manipulation.
- Monitor system and campaign performance, troubleshoot issues across journeys, automations, and email sends, and ensure platform stability.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Proficient in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML/CSS, and JSON for dynamic content and data manipulation.
- Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud Connect, API integrations, and data synchronization strategies.
- Experienced with core SFMC tools including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, and related data privacy regulations.
- Proven experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external platforms.
- Deep understanding of Data Extensions, Contact Models, and Subscriber Management.
- Ability to translate marketing strategies into scalable, technical implementations.
