- Utilization of both initiative and judgment in managing various matters, including coordinating and maintaining effective office procedures and efficient work flows; implementing policies and procedures; establishing and maintaining a collaborative working relationship with key stakeholders
- Acts as the liaison for office logistics
- Support the teams with the on-boarding of new team members (i.e. badges, seating and telecom logistics, computer access etc.)
- Provide calendar management as needed (set meetings, accept meetings, rearrange meetings as well as keep all phone, email, video conferences, etc. contacts current at all times)
- Coordinates travel arrangements and meeting logistics for teams
- Support budget management, invoice management and consultant/contractor onboarding and off boarding
- Perform other administrative duties as required, which may include the support of project teams
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 5-7 yrs of administrative experience
- Advanced skills in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise tact and judgment when handling confidential matters daily
- Ability to be resilient, composed, and positive when experiencing challenges
- Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly shifting environment
