- Leading employee relations efforts and providing HR guidance.
- Supporting the Payroll/HR Coordinator.
- Acting as the primary HR contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Managing recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and job offers.
- Overseeing onboarding and offboarding programs.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and file management.
- Managing WSIB claims and return-to-work processes.
- Overseeing compensation, benefits, and payroll-related HR functions.
- Supporting and enhancing performance management initiatives.
- Leading HR projects to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Coordinating learning and development programs.
- 3+ years of HR experience, including HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- A bachelor’s degree (CHRP designation is a strong asset).
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR best practices.
- Experience overseeing recruitment and onboarding new candidates.
- Familiarity with payroll is an asset.
- Experience with HRIS (an asset) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
