- Manage and support a broad range of commercial dispute matters from strategy through resolution
- Lead and assist with corporate and business disputes, including shareholder and partnership matters
- Contribute to litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution proceedings
- Support urgent and high-impact court applications and motions
- Take ownership of files with appropriate autonomy
- Collaborate with lawyers across multiple practice areas on multi-disciplinary matters
- Minimum 4+ years of commercial litigation or dispute resolution experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Sound professional judgment and attention to detail
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality work
- Interest in ongoing professional growth and development
- This is an on-site role located in Downtown Toronto, ON
- Competitive salary starting at $170,000 and incentive package, to be determined based on experience
