Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our client.Contract Period: 3 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: Starting $85 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid (3 days on-site)
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; 9 AM to 5 PMJob Responsibilities:
  • Program managing the scope, timeline, and resources related to technical outcomes as part of a global contact centre transformation program.
  • Manages and coordinates technical sub-workstreams through all phases of initiation, development, and implementation.
  • Interfacing with internal stakeholders between IT and Operations, and external vendor experts to define a delivery roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
  • Actively contributing to program RAID logs, developing analysis and forming recommendations on mitigating actions, and supporting the resolution of risks and issues.
  • Preparing workstream updates for an executive audience.
  • Proactively identifying areas of improvement across delivery processes, technical architecture, with proposed recommendations for management discussions.
  • Providing effective and regular communication within the project team, stakeholders, sponsors, and management.
  • Identifying technical resource needs for the program and establishes roles, expectations, and goals with team members.
  • Understands nature of impact and creates lessons learned for future delivery of technical outcomes.
  • Works with other technical delivery leads to follow documentation best practices and sharing of technical expertise.
  • Sees the big picture and has a vision for alternative approaches to getting the job done.
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
  • Demonstrated professional experience in contact centre technology program delivery, change management, executive communication.
  • A post-secondary degree and / or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent program
  • High level of proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Business acumen to work seamlessly with non-technical stakeholders, including exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business- and value-focused language; a key requirement is to communicate clearly and consistently keeping stakeholders well-informed of progress and challenges.
  • Must be willing to collaborate with teams in Asia in corresponding time zone.
  • High level of proficiency with PowerBI, SharePoint, and other program management tools.
  • Experience integrating business and technology teams.
  • Remains current with emerging contact centre technologies.
  • Experienced in working with non-local team members from other global regions.
