- CAT certified training: additional certifications and skill developmentJob Description:Major Job Functions:Troubleshooting and repairing Caterpillar and other mechanical equipmentUtilize Caterpillar SIS and ET dailyComplete technical documentation (service reports, warranty, crossover notes)Interact with customers, sales support, and the rest of the Finning teamWork with the Service Supervisor and Lead Hand on various tasks as requiredQualifications:Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) CertificationDual Tickets will be an assetPrevious Caterpillar experience is an assetWillingness to participate and complete additional trainingSelf-motivated, computer literate, and safety orientated with the ability to work under minimal supervisionImportant Details:Union Membership: You are required to become a member of the Union associated with this position.
