Job Description:Engine diagnostics, repairs and overhaulsTrouble shooting equipment and perform repairsExperience using applied Failure Analysis and Reuse & Salvage Guidelines**Hours and shift schedule may be subject to change to meet customer and/or Finning (Canada) requirements. Please note that any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the current Collective Agreement**Qualifications & Experience:Interprovincial Journeyperson Heavy Equipment CertificationMinimum 2 years experience working on 3500 series enginesPrevious Gas Engine and Power Generation experience would be considered an assetDedication to safetyStrong experience in Electrical, Hydraulic and Emissions systems experienceTransmission or Hydraulic testing experienceStrong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbalImportant Details:This position is located in shop in Edmonton on a Monday-Friday shift but will switch to a 7x7 continuous shiftCandidate selection will be in compliance with the Terms & Conditions of the current Collective AgreementUnion Membership: You are required to become a member of the Union associated with this position.
