
Senior Solutions Architect

- Partner with Customer Success to lead the onboarding process for Tier 1 customers, guiding them through technical implementation, workflow analysis, and adopting best practices
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, conducting technical and business discovery to understand their unique needs and event goals
- Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders from post-sale through deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and Customer Success teams to design, scope, and implement solutions tailored to customer requirements
- Develop and deliver onboarding objectives, technical training, and impactful demos to speed up customer adoption and proficiency
- Provide ongoing technical consulting, troubleshooting, and proactive guidance to boost customer satisfaction and retention
- Generalize and productize solutions capturing best practices and create customer-facing documentation and how-to guides
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling by recognizing changing customer needs and matching them with Bizzabo’s capabilities
- Deliver product feedback and new requirements based on your experiences in the field, advocate for customer interests internally
- Consult customers in navigating complex integrations, including APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools
- 5+ years of Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar experience in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Demonstrated success leading complex, post-sales projects for large enterprise accounts, ideally in the events or professional services industry
- Exceptional consulting, problem-solving, and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with confidence and clarity
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both executive and technical audiences
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven, with a proactive approach to customer success
- Strong technical acumen: familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, REST services, and database structures; experience with integrations and workflow automation (e.g., Zapier, webhooks) is a plus
- Experience working with production and/or content delivery via modern web technologies (RTMP, WebRTC, SIP, etc.) is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
