- Participate in the full development lifecycle: design, coding, code review, testing, and deployment.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to meet stringent fintech standards.
- Mentor junior developers and help improve development processes.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.What You Bring:Must-Haves:- 5+ years in Java development (Java 11+) with strong expertise in Spring Boot (Spring Framework, Spring Data, Spring Security).
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, HTTP/HTTPS, JPA/Hibernate, PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and design patterns.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps tools.
- Solid grasp of software fundamentals, object-oriented programming, and secure coding practices.Nice-to-Haves:- AWS cloud platform experience.
- Kubernetes/Helm 3 knowledge.
- Fintech or startup experience.
