You are an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Coordinator who will be providing specialized technical and project management support an exciting rail project. You will be a key member of the project team responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all Mechanical and Electrical scopes of work. Apply today to join Ledcor’s Infrastructure team in Toronto today!Essential Responsibilities:Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical activities to align project specifications, drawings, and codesManage and track M&E schedules, including submissions, deliveries, installations, and inspectionsReview drawings, identify conflicts, and manage information flow to prevent coordination issuesOversee functional testing and commissioning of building systemsSupport Project Managers and Superintendents with RFIs, shop drawing reviews, schedule updates, and close-out documentationMaintain ongoing communication with subcontractors to ensure milestones and quality standards are metContribute to the preparation of M&E scopes of work and tender packages by reviewing drawings, specifications, and budgetsApply Ledcor’s Health, Safety & Environmental (HS&E) Plan to ensure full compliance with OH&S regulations, codes, and company standardsQualifications:2 - 5+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical coordination within Wastewater Treatment Plants, Pump Stations, Transit Stations or other complex buildingsPost-secondary education in civil engineering or a related field.Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, codes, and engineering principlesProven ability to identify, document, and resolve technical or coordination issues proactivelySkilled in managing subcontractors, schedules, and quality standardsProficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specificationsExcellent organizational and communication skillsProficiency with construction management and M&E coordination softwareWorking Conditions:Site based position in Scarborough, OntarioCompensation$75,600.00 - $100,800.00This is the expected base pay range for this role.
