As our growth creates new career opportunities, likely there is the right one for you!MissionTerus Construction, a division of Colas Western Canada Inc., is looking for a Scale Coordinator to join our team in Crescent Valley, BC.Main Responsibilities

Record the delivery of materials to construction jobs, pit to pit transfers and asphalt and gravel sales
Management of multiple scales
Prepare production reports and material inventory reports
Requisition materials and supplies
Ensuring hired truck tickets, timecards and equipment pre-trip checklists are collected daily for processing
Filing and sorting of truck tickets and time and reconciling with the differing work sites.
Perform regular bank deposit runs and ensure accurate handling of financial transactions.
Collect payments and process credit card transactions in accordance with company procedures.
Provide customer service support, including responding to inquiries and assisting with general office duties as needed.
Other general administrative office duties

Requirements/Working Conditions

Frequently exposed to noise and a regular flow of people through office
Sitting at a desk 75% of time and 25% standing
On-the-job training is provided
Proper working attire and work boots
Be able to work well with others
Familiarity with digital scale
To work with minimal supervision

Compensation DataThe anticipated wage range for this position is $22.00-$25.00/hour.
