- Corporate Advisory: Provide corporate advisory services including workplace strategy and design, location and site selection, and portfolio optimization.
- Development Advisory: Deliver development advisory services encompassing market intelligence, feasibility studies, business case analysis, asset class analytics, and transaction support.
- Real Estate Efficiency: Develop and advise on target real estate operating models, management processes, governance frameworks, outsourcing vs. in-house services, and technology solutions.
- Digital Real Estate: Drive digital real estate initiatives such as living master plans.
- Capital Planning and Prioritization: Analyze leases, rent rolls, financial statements, and forecasted cash flows.
- Financial Analysis: Build DCF models and Argus-based valuations across asset classes.
- Project Delivery: Draft client-ready reports, presentations, and investment memos through Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Business Development: Support business development through proposal writing and client presentations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Economics, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years' experience in real estate (e.g., advisory or consulting).
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word skills.
- Argus experience a bonus.
- Progress towards AACI, CFA, PMP, or equivalent designation is an asset.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to mange competing deadlines in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
