If yes, this could be your next opportunity!Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for an Infra Project Manager/Real Estate Projects who will review office layout and construction drawings for technology requirements, where this could be a new floor or an existing floor. This candidate will create a technology design and cost estimate and coordinate / track approvals.Responsibilities:

Request and coordinate the removal of existing technology from the office before renovation.
Order and coordinate the technology installation in the office.
Organize technology training for the executives and their assistants with the new technology.
Track all actual costs against the original estimates and ensure that project changes are properly approved.
Review Lab Layout and construction drawings for technology requirements.
Create a technology design and cost estimate and coordinate / track approvals.
Request and coordinate the removal of existing technology from the location before renovation.
Order and coordinate the technology installation in the lab.
Ensuring testing/certification is completed before lab completion.
Coordinate the move of the lab into the new space.
Track all actual costs against the original estimates and ensure that project changes are properly approved.

Desired Skill Set:

8+ years of Project Management experience
Understanding the network side of physical technology (meeting rooms, working with multiple vendors),
At least one project working within real estate on the technology side

Nice To Have:

Agile certification
PMP certification
