- Front-End Architecture & Development
- Design and develop front end JavaScript modules and UI components that support the management of online tracking technologies, cookie consent management, and online tracking suppression (e.g. Do Not Sell, ”Opt Out”)
- Support the development rendering performance across browsers and devices
- Backend Integration & Data Transformation
- Build ETL pipelines for in-browser data collection, normalization, and delivery to analytics platforms
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services alongside back-end engineers to ensure data fidelity, security, and consistency
- Implementing parameterized database writes and models to persist cookie records into relational databases
- Tracking Implementation & Configuration
- Set up, test, and maintain Online Tracking Technologies across industry standard Tag Management platforms (i.e. Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, Tealium) consistent with ascribed privacy compliance obligations
- Privacy & Compliance Engineering
- Configure consent frameworks, data anonymization in the front-end, implementing dynamic tag gating and opt-in/opt-out flows
- Collaborate with Legal and Privacy teams to bake compliance controls into the codebase, balancing user privacy with marketing objectives
- Vendor & Tool Assessment
- Evaluate emerging front-end Online Tracking Technologies, tag management systems, and analytics platforms
- Recommend technology roadmaps and integration strategies aligned with client priorities and compliance mandates
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in a Full-Stack development role
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JS frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
- Experience with web service and APIs, including RESTful architectures, data handling, and integrating third-party services into front-end applications
- Experience with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL
- Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch)
- Superior communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading client workshops and presentations
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to distill complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders

- Practical knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Client-side Tracking, Programmatic DSPs).
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and consumer consent frameworks.
- Analytics and data visualization tooling (Looker, Tableau, Domo) and interpreting large datasets.
- Digital Marketing analytics modeling, A/B testing frameworks, and measurement best practices.
