- Reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to total customer loyalty and follow up!
- Greet incoming customers and generate work orders as per repair order
- Check vehicle for applicable warranty
- Follow proper paper procedure for service department
- Phone customers with proper estimates for both required and recommended work
- Recommend appropriate needed repairs and maintenance
- Answer phones and give information as required
- Contact customers and resolve complaints as required
- Liaise with service personnel for daily shop carry over
- Follow up phone calls - notify customer when vehicle is ready
- Review invoices with customer at time of pickup
- Call back customers in a timely manner to check on satisfaction with repair
- Previous Service Advising experience with a proven track record in high performance
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
- Experience in handling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Valid AB driver's license and a clean & current driver's abstract
