About the Service Advisor position:

Reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to total customer loyalty and follow up!

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Greet incoming customers and generate work orders as per repair order
Check vehicle for applicable warranty
Follow proper paper procedure for service department
Phone customers with proper estimates for both required and recommended work
Recommend appropriate needed repairs and maintenance
Answer phones and give information as required
Contact customers and resolve complaints as required
Liaise with service personnel for daily shop carry over
Follow up phone calls - notify customer when vehicle is ready
Review invoices with customer at time of pickup
Call back customers in a timely manner to check on satisfaction with repair

Qualifications:

Previous Service Advising experience with a proven track record in high performance
Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
Experience in handling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Valid AB driver's license and a clean & current driver's abstract
