  • Lead and develop a team of Data and Business Analysts within the Information Management department, ensuring clarity of priorities, accountability, and a focus on delivering measurable value.
  • Partner with leaders across functional areas, including Marketing, Finance and Corporate Services, to gather requirements, challenge assumptions, and translate business needs into scalable, practical analytical solutions.
  • Drive the evolution of the Marketing Information Architecture by enhancing the Customer Data Platform, ensuring seamless integration of customer touchpoints to optimize targeted marketing and accelerate sales conversions.
  • Lead the design and execution of rigorous A/B testing frameworks to validate strategies and continuously improve the effectiveness of analytical solutions.
  • Own the day-to-day execution of the Reporting & Analytics function, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of dashboards, data products, and analytical initiatives.
  • Oversee and continuously improve the analytics environment, including data models, reporting assets, visualization standards, documentation practices, and deployment processes.
  • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Manage workload planning and resource allocation across the team, balancing strategic initiatives with operational demands.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members through structured feedback and skill development, while strengthening data literacy across the organization.
What are the must haves?
  • Related post-secondary education – graduate degree in analytics, economics, statistics, computer science, business, or related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum six years of progressive experience in reporting and analytics, ideally within retail, finance, or marketing environments.
  • Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing data and business analyst teams.
  • Advanced hands-on expertise with SQL and BI tools and expert-level Excel skills.
  • Strong business-centric logic with the ability to translate complex requirements into structured and practical analytical solutions.
  • Sound business judgment and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
