- Franchisee Relationship Management: Act as the primary marketing contact for assigned franchise partners, building strong working relationships and gaining a clear understanding of their local business needs.
- Marketing Strategy Support: Provide guidance on local marketing initiatives, including digital advertising such as PPC and display, SEO, and brand-building efforts, while ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner closely with our in-house PPC, SEO, and social media specialists to shape tailored marketing plans that reflect each franchisee’s goals and market conditions.
- Campaign Execution Support: Help bring marketing plans to life by coordinating internal resources, tools, and support across teams.
- Performance Tracking: Review campaign performance, prepare reports, and share practical, data-backed recommendations to improve results.
- Knowledge Sharing: Encourage the exchange of effective ideas and successful strategies across the franchise network to support shared learning and growth.
- Internal Communication: Provide regular updates to the Director of Marketing on franchisee performance, satisfaction levels, and any key opportunities or challenges.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or another client-facing role. Experience in franchising, home services, or multi-location businesses would be an asset.
- Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, paid social, and CRM systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present marketing strategies and performance insights.
- Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Comfortable interpreting marketing data and turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Organization and Time Management: Able to manage multiple accounts, balance priorities, and meet deadlines with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
