This position offers an excellent opportunity to provide essential operational support within a dynamic banking environment, with potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.Pay rate Range (CAD): $17.60/hr - $30.97/hrResponsibilities
  • Perform accurate processing of transactions in line with established procedures and SLAs
  • Review and compare documentation, making corrections as necessary to ensure data accuracy
  • Support day-to-day operational activities in a back-office capacity
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners when required
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Escalate operational issues or anomalies to appropriate teams for resolution
  • Contribute ideas to improve service delivery and internal processes
  • Support ongoing training and adapt to evolving policies and procedures
Desired Skill-Set
  • Bilingual in French and English, with full comprehension (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Proven typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to change
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with cash products (e.g., loans, deposits, swaps, forwarding) is a plus
  • Basic understanding of global financial platforms such as MM and FX products is advantageous
Nice to Have
  • Previous banking or trade processing experience
  • Knowledge of WSS and global banking platforms
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
