- Prepare and present legal arguments in court proceedings and negotiations.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored legal solutions.
- Manage case files effectively, ensuring timely updates and adherence to deadlines.
- Provide guidance on complex legal issues, including construction litigation and class actions.
- Support the team in resolving disputes related to banking, insolvency, and insurance litigation.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Stay up-to-date with legal trends and developments to enhance the quality of services provided.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Strong academic credentials, including a law degree from a recognized institution.
- Proven expertise in handling cases related to product liability, construction litigation, and class actions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting complex legal documents.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build client relationships.
- A commitment to upholding ethical standards and delivering high-quality legal services.
