Join our fast-growing gaming company in North York as a Billing & Payment Specialist and help support our global player community while driving revenue through strong payment partnerships.About the RoleReporting to the Global Payment & Partnership Lead, the Billing & Payment Specialist manages our billing administration system (PayLetter) and oversees relationships with payment gateway vendors. You'll support players with billing inquiries, troubleshoot payment issues, and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure competitive rates and revenue growth.This is a hybrid position: 2 days per week in our North York office, 3 days remote.Key ResponsibilitiesBilling AdministrationManage and analyze data within our billing system (PayLetter)Support players with in-game currency issues and deposit page errorsTroubleshoot billing discrepancies and ensure accurate chargesCoordinate with PayLetter to manage system access and recommend improvementsPayment Gateway & Vendor ManagementPartner with new and existing payment vendors to review rates and marketing opportunitiesNegotiate commission rates and contract terms to maximize revenueManage the full integration process between PayLetter and payment gateway vendorsReview contracts to ensure fair pricing and compliance with legal requirementsIdentify revenue opportunities across different regionsTrack marketing support agreements and follow up on funds owedPrepare reports outlining vendor pay rates and sponsorship agreementsMaintain strong, professional vendor relationshipsTicket & Support Management (Peak Period Support)Respond to online support tickets related to billing, accounting, and in-game issuesInvestigate player-submitted bug reports and escalate confirmed issues to QAReview violation reports and take appropriate account action when necessaryConduct account verifications for lost or compromised accountsTroubleshoot player issues until fully resolvedWhat Success Looks LikeVendor contracts are negotiated at competitive commission ratesMarketing and sponsorship agreements generate measurable revenuePlayer billing issues are resolved accurately and efficientlyPositive feedback from vendors and internal stakeholdersStrong collaboration with Live Operations, IT, and third-party partnersQualifications & Skills2+ years of experience in billing, payments, vendor management, or a similar roleStrong Excel and technical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven negotiation abilitiesStrong time management and organizational skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsWork EnvironmentFast-paced and collaborative gaming environmentSupportive team cultureOpportunity to gain experience in global payments within the gaming industryIf you're organized, analytical, and ready to grow your career in the gaming industry, we'd love to hear from you!About ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of: Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson WellsManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company, helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
