- Lead, mentor, and develop the strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and providing insights to inform their digital and marketing initiatives
- Guide clients through digital transformation, ensuring they adopt best practices in web technology, accessibility, and user experience
- Craft and implement digital strategies that align client objectives with user needs, leveraging UX research, analytics, and content strategy
- Ensure solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and achievable within the project budget
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, and project management) to ensure strategic alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define key success metrics
- Minimum of 7-10 years in digital strategy, UX, or product strategy, preferably in a web development or digital agency.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring and growing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and executing marketing and content strategies across various channels and platforms
- Strong ability to understand client goals and constraints, analyze data, interpret insights, and translate them into actionable strategies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Knowledge of Drupal, WordPress
- Experience working with institutional clients
- Excellent spoken and written French
- Experience in developing and executing marketing and content strategies across various channels and platforms
