- Plan, organize, supervise, and manage all procurement activities across the project, overseeing and coordinating all procurement disciplines (subcontracts, purchasing, material control, expediting, and logistics).
- Define procurement strategies and ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, project controls, commercial, and construction teams to define, plan, and schedule procurement requirements and deliverables.
- Participate in key management meetings—internal and external—to present procurement performance, risks, and progress updates.
- In collaboration with the functional procurement team, develop and implement project-specific forms, templates, workflows, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Optimize procurement processes to achieve cost savings, risk reduction, and timely delivery of goods and services.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Contract Administration (or a closely related field).
- 15+ years of progressive procurement, supply chain, or commercial management experience within engineering, construction, or EPC environments.
- Proven delivery on large-scale projects with direct site involvement; experience leading multidisciplinary procurement for Mining & Metals across both large- and small-scale projects.
- Track record managing and developing procurement teams of 5+ staff and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
- Highly analytical, self-motivated, and results-oriented with excellent communication skills; bilingual (French and English) considered an asset.
