- Meet with new and existing customers at their homes, offering tailored products and solutions that add value to their everyday lives
- Create genuine relationships by offering excellent customer service, actively listening to their needs, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction with every interaction
- Consistently meet sales targets set for the Telecommunications Customer Success Associate to directly contribute to the company's overall success
- Work closely with the sales team and other Telecommunications Customer Success Associates to build and improve sales campaigns and customer service approach
- Identify customer complaints or concerns and offer tailored solutions, ensuring their needs are met, fostering long-term customer loyalty
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales transactions in order to track sales performance and customer retention
- Stay up to date on all products, services, and solutions to effectively assist customers and offer expert-level solutions
- Experience as a Telecommunications Customer Success Associate, in sales, or a customer-facing and success role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Reliable transportation to and from the local office
