- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and current customers, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and support needs throughout the sales process
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their telecommunications needs, preferences, and inquiries
- Recommend and promote products, services, and solutions that align with customer's needs and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and compliance to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolution of customer issues
- Manage customer accounts, including processing sales, handling billing inquiries, and resolving account-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Stay informed about the latest products, services, and promotions to educate and inform customers, as necessary effectively
- Monitor customer usage and trends, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field if highly desirable, but not required
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management if preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to adapt to change and learn new technologies quickly
- Results-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
