- Prepare monthly billing statements using Microsoft Excel and the Group Billing System (GBS)
- Handling daily inquiries from Clients, Group Sales office and other Canada Life departments.
- Allocate and code payments accurately on Policy Administration System (PAS) and Systems Applications and Products (SAP).
- Handle all Group Client arrears.
- Maintain fees on the ASO system and process amendments, which have a direct impact on the client bill
- Calculate retroactive fees and taxes
- Prepare policy year-end refund audits within the service target date
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle pressures of deadlines, fluctuating workloads, and changing priorities
- Strong mathematical aptitude
- High attention to detail and accuracy required
- Well-developed analytical/problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed skills using Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of Group Insurance products and TOCS system would be considered an asset
- Ability to excel within a Purpose/Vision driven environment
- You are comfortable with technology, using multiple computer and business programs
- Bilingual fluency (English & French) would be considered an asset
