Contract Length: 6 Months (Extension Possible)
Hours: 9 AM–5 PM EST
Pay: T4 $56.91/hr // IC: $65.38/hrRESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end QA lifecycle including planning, execution, defect management, and final sign-off for TSYS-related projects.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on requirements and testing outcomes.
- Lead defect triage sessions, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution of issues across systems and teams.
- Enforce QA standards, test strategies, and documentation while ensuring compliance with enterprise policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and traceability across project deliverables.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by coordinating execution, validating results, and ensuring business sign-off.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and efficiency gains within QA practices.
- Provide clear reporting and communication on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across TSYS platforms and downstream systems.
- 7+ years of progressive QA and testing experience, preferably within financial services or payments.
- Proven experience delivering initiatives in the following domain:
- Retail Payments: Card processing (TSYS), credit card lifecycle, pricing and interest updates, disclosures, and payment systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with TSYS, including TS2 green screen data conditioning and TSYS rewards.
- Experience leading QA efforts for credit card product launches end-to-end.
- Experience with card generation, statements, customer communications, and payment workflows.
- Familiarity with digital wallets, tokenization, and modern payment technologies.
- Experience with FICO TRIAD Customer Manager or similar decisioning platforms.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall).
- Demonstrated ability to manage defect lifecycle, testing strategy, and cross-team coordination.
- Proficiency in QA tools, test management platforms, and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Experience working in large enterprise or regulated financial institutions.
- Familiarity with TRIAD and mainframe file handling processes.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Knowledge of compliance, risk, and control frameworks in banking or payments.
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
