- Own retention strategy a range of high-growth DTC brands
- Strategize, build and optimize full lifecycle systems
- Lead client strategy calls and oversee all retention performance
- Guide internal teams on execution and campaign production
- Spot gaps, bring ideas, and push the work forward
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- 5+ years of experience in retention and lifecycle marketing
- Proven track record working with large and complex brands (Nice to have: U.S. DTC e-commerce brands)
- Advanced Klaviyo expertise-well beyond basic, plug-and-play flows
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-level retention strategies and marketing automations
- Exceptional strategic thinking and client leadership abilities
- Prior experience working in an agency or across multiple accounts
