- Full cycle payroll administration for salaried or hourly employees in various jurisdictions
- Ensuring Brandt policies and procedures are being followed
- Communicating with managers and employees on a regular basis
- Maintaining employee personnel files
- Management of employee data in HRIS
- Experience with UKG preferred but not required
- Minimum two years of full cycle payroll experience required
- Knowledge of Canadian and American labour standards
- Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in English & French is considered an asset
