This infrastructure runs applications that serve our clients and manage our business. The selected candidate will collaborate with the IT Infrastructure and Security Manager to ensure our infrastructure satisfies or surpasses all the standards for security, performance, supportability, and availability.We are looking for someone who:Has at least 2 years of experience in designing, supporting, operating, implementing, and maintaining hybrid infrastructures.Has demonstrated experience in carrying out IT infrastructure projects and initiatives.Has a good grasp of cyber security and Information security standards.Has a good understanding of Virtualization including hardware platforms, storage devices, and network resources.Has experience creating and deploying containerized applications.Is proactive in identifying IT Infrastructure needs, practices required in the business and can communicate their value clearly.Has experience overseeing complex IT infrastructure for security, reliability, performance and proactively taking care of warning signs before they become service interruptions.Can examine, troubleshoot, and resolve complex IT infrastructure issues.Can contribute to the development of IT technology roadmap that is in line with business strategy.Flourishes in a small multi-disciplinary team environment.Is eager to help us improve our IT infrastructure and Security.Has experience with Infrastructure automation following DevOps best practices.Can work in an Agile environment, be part of a team and manage your own time.Your Day-to-DayCurrently – in production – a variety of internal and external applications are used to create surveys, analyse responses, and report the results to some of the world’s leading organizations.
