The successful candidate will manage interfaces between technology systems and various business units and resolving technical issues that may arise, ensuring smooth communication and data exchange. This role requires strong communication, technical, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.The project involves key technology systems contributing to mission-critical operations and business continuity. AtkinsRéalis’ vast experience of projects and infrastructure operations across key markets provides the successful candidate a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the most important airport projects in Canada.This position is based at our Project Office in the west end of Toronto, Ontario requiring the candidate to be in office Monday to Friday weekly.Role Alignment:

Your role within the team:
  • Manages the interface between the capital program and the IT requirements from a system, technology, and data perspective.
  • Coordinates with the IT PMO with respect to system / technology integration and interfaces.
  • Coordinates with the IT PMO throughout the design, construction, handover, and closeout phases of the program.
  • Provides coordinated reporting with respect to IT requirements and works collaboratively to resolve technical challenges and issues.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance with respect to technology selection, procurement, and implementation.
  • Coordinates the response to queries, RFIs, and change proposals submitted by the contractor as it pertains to IT related matters.

The ideal candidate:
  • Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in planning, design and/or management of complex technology projects employing variety of technologies, technology generations and integration platforms.
  • Minimum 10 years of Enterprise Architecture practice adherence in complex large-scale organizations with wide spectrum of business portfolio, employing variety of technology platform.
  • Minimum 10 years of Experience at project level in authoring Solution Assessment Proposal, Statement of Work, Solution Design collaterals.
  • University Degree + minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the planning, design, and management of complex technology projects, including experience in Enterprise Architecture within large-scale organizations. Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.
  • Proven Technical Skills in multiple Application Architecture components (SOA/WS/ ESB/ REST/ JSON, UML, XML, Java, J2EE, opc UA, HTTP, IloT, MQTT, AMQP, Pl.
  • Deep experience working on OT technology and industrial systems and major construction related projects is a strong asset.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of the aviation industry is a strong asset.
  • Experience in security architecture, frameworks, design, and planning across a variety of technology stacks.
