- Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities for multiple remote camp sites, ensuring full compliance with the company's IMTR plan.
- Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual requirements.
- Provide technical support and leadership to site-based maintenance teams; ensure safe work practices and effective troubleshooting of systems and equipment.
- Supervise, mentor, and train on-site maintenance personnel to ensure consistent performance and adherence to standards.
- Participate in the development and reconciliation of the maintenance labour and materials operating budget for all preventative, restorative, and corrective maintenance requirements as requested by the manager.
- Monitor asset condition and identify potential risks or deficiencies before they impact operations.
- Coordinate and oversee trades and subcontractor activities, ensuring timely reporting and performance tracking.
- Ensure the adherence to all applicable federal and provincial regulations/standards/safety codes with respect to development and occupancy permits / electrical / plumbing / HVAC / building / fire / OH&S etc.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for all maintenance, inspection, testing, and repair activities.
- Contribute to updates and improvements to the IMTR program across the region.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with partners, clients, vendors, and sub-contractors to ensure attainment of assigned goals.
- Support capital planning and lifecycle replacement of infrastructure and equipment.
- Be a safety leader and promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability across all maintenance operations.
- Field-based work in remote camp environments located in ON, MB and NU.
- Extended periods in fly-in/fly-out settings.
- Exposure to varied weather conditions and working environments.
- Accommodation and meals provided during travel.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance leadership or superintendent-level role, preferably in remote or industrial camp environments.
- Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and recordkeeping.
- Valid trade certification (Electrical, Millwright, Plumbing, HVAC) considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel and work on rotational schedules in remote Northern environments.
