- Facilitate Training: Deliver engaging training sessions to learners, ensuring content is clearly understood.
- Assist in Curriculum Development: Help design and update training materials, exercises, and presentations under the guidance of senior team members.
- Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts: Work with SMEs to collect accurate information and validate training content.
- Prepare Training Materials: Format, edit, and organize course documents to ensure they align with company branding and style guides.
- Utilize Training Technology: Use learning management systems and other tools to support course delivery and track participation.
- Support Performance Evaluation: Help collect data on training effectiveness and learner progress to inform future updates.
- Maintain Training Resources: Organize and update training files, manuals, and materials for easy access and consistency.
- Adapt to Learner Needs: Adjust facilitation style and provide additional support to participants as needed during training sessions.
- Meet Project Timelines: Manage assigned tasks effectively to support the timely delivery of training programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven ability to engage audiences in learning topics and to quickly and effectively respond to audience needs
- Proven ability to enable skills growth and contribute to business goals in a regulated de-centralized network environment.
- Excellent one-on-one and group presentation/facilitation skills
- Ability to learn new applications, processes, and technologies quickly
- Adaptability to organizational change and initiatives
- Excellent organizational, self-management and time management skills
- Ability to respond to last-minute changes and requests
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Bilingualism is required
- A degree in Instructional Design, Human Performance, Andragogy or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience and foundational knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and design media production
