- Provide spontaneous consultations for employees (e.g., discomfort, minor injuries, health advice).
- Quickly assess conditions and refer to appropriate care if necessary.
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety team on risk prevention.
- Work with other internal stakeholders on related cases.
- Document interventions in compliance with legal and internal standards.
- Analyze and manage employees' medical records while maintaining confidentiality.
- You hold a medical degree and a valid license to practice in Quebec.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the medical field.
- You have excellent skills in rapid clinical assessment.
- You can work independently in a dynamic environment.
- You are a strong team player.
- You can provide a positive experience for employees by demonstrating empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
- You are honest and uphold high ethical standards.
- You are bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
