To best service its needs, Pure is now looking to add a paralegal to its legal department, already comprised of about 10 professionals.Based in Montreal, you will report to the Senior Legal Affairs Manager for the Province of Quebec. On a daily basis, you will work in close collaboration with the leasing and asset management team, you will draft leases, amendments, renewals and a variety of other documents. You will take part in the operation and maintenance of various tools related to leasing documents, as well as in the implementation of systems and processes aimed at continuous improvement within the Legal team.If you have 3 years or more of experience within a legal/commercial landlord environment and are bilingual, contact us today to find out more!
