Work Model: On-site, 5 days/weekStep into a role where your expertise in contracts makes a direct impact on major construction and manufacturing projects. We're looking for a Paralegal with strong contract negotiation skills to join a respected, well-established company.In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts and subcontracts-ensuring terms protect the company's interests and align with project requirements. You'll work closely with senior leadership, project managers, and external partners, providing strategic legal and administrative support from initial negotiations to project close-out.What You'll Do:- Lead the review, redlining, and negotiation of client and subcontractor agreements.
- Ensure all contract terms comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve contract language and insurance requirements.
- Maintain accurate contract tracking systems, reports, and legal documentation logs.
- Summarize and abstract key contract provisions for project and executive teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (project management, finance, executive team) to ensure smooth document flow.
- Support the development and implementation of improved contract management procedures.Who You Are:- 3-5 years of experience as a Paralegal or Contract Administrator, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record in contract review, negotiation, and administration.
- Strong understanding of subcontractor agreements, insurance clauses, and project documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word; Power BI is an asset).
