- Lead the design, development and implementation of Docebo's DEI philosophy and support framework for DEI initiatives and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ensuring they are integrated into the organization's goals and foster meaningful employee engagement.
- Partner with the VP of Employee Success to define Docebo's talent philosophy, and oversee the design and delivery of enterprise-wide talent management programs, including performance reviews, talent reviews, succession planning, and career pathing.
- Guide our Talent Programs to ensure they are scalable, leverage AI, align with business priorities, and effectively achieve their objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), consulting on initiatives, streamlining processes, and advocating for their needs with senior leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to innovate and optimize program designs, processes, and employee experiences, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
- Foster strong partnerships with enablement and operational teams to align talent management resources and drive organization-wide impact.
- Drive the execution of complex, global talent management projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable success.
- Monitor and refine talent management strategies, resources, and platforms to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.
- Drive the advancement of Docebo's employer brand in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Marketing.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, HR PMO, DEI or learning and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in instructional design, organizational behavior, change management, performance management, DEI, and leadership development frameworks.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale, global talent initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to prioritize competing initiatives effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Experience driving DEI initiatives and fostering inclusive organizational cultures.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage external vendor relationships to achieve strategic goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field is a plus.
