Ideal for an experienced, hands-on leader passionate about mechanical systems and project delivery.Pay Rate: $120k-$140k/year.Location: Red Deer, ABJob type: Permanent | Full-timeResponsibilities:Manage the mechanical systems scope on one or multiple large-scale construction projects.Spend 85% of your time in the field, coordinating inspections, testing, and supporting the General Superintendent.Provide value engineering and analysis throughout the mechanical phases.Lead mechanical construction planning, scheduling, and execution.Implement Clark Builders' Safety & LIFE programs, and ensure all work complies with applicable safety legislation.Partner with Project Managers, Coordinators, and Field Teams to ensure project success across safety, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.Assist in all project phases: preconstruction, site logistics, setup, and turnover.Lead Last Planner System implementation and coordinate trade work plans.Contribute to QA/QC processes and documentation to ensure contract compliance.Manage workforce performance, development, and morale.Maintain positive relationships with trade partners, clients, consultants, and the public.Requirements:Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.5+ years of mechanical trade experience or relevant post-secondary education.5+ years of on-site project leadership experience.Journeyman trade certification or equivalent education.Strong knowledge of mechanical scopes and construction drawings/specs.Valid Class 5 Driver's License.Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and MS Project.Experience with LEED and Last Planner methodology is an asset.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Don't miss out on this Mechanical Superintendent position in Red Deer, AB.
