- Technical Savvy: You're fluent in constructability. You know how to sequence trades in busy, complex environments. You understand the importance of quality systems, technical design integration, and how to identify and solve problems before they appear in the field.
- Design-Phase Voice: You're confident in bringing a construction-minded perspective to design development. You ask the tough questions, anticipate scope gaps, and ensure planning is rooted in real-world execution, always with safety and risk in mind.
