- Are tech savvy. You'll be responsible all appointment inquiries (by telephone and email), follow-ups, as well as electronically scheduling service appointments.
- Are a good listener. You take the time to learn about the customer's wants and needs to ensure a positive customer service experience.
- Are a master of lists. You'll generate appointment lists on a daily basis.
- Are organized. You'll be responsible for various clerical duties.
- Are persistent and like to see things through to completion. You'll also tackle any obstacles or barriers you may encounter along the way.
- Customer service experience (considered an asset).
