Position SummaryThe successful applicant will provide technical and website support for the journal in education.Duties may include:
- Online Journal System (OJS) maintenance and configuration
- Reviewer database management
- Journal website and content management
- OJS user account and role administration
- Attending training workshops/tutorials
- Reporting on tasks completed
- Managing journal email system
- Communicating via e-mail with authors and reviewers
- Proofreading and formatting manuscripts
- Experience editing/managing OJS or similar digital journal platform
- Website development experience
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Adept at maintaining complete and accurate records
- Flexibility in work hours
Pay Grade As Per CUPE 2419
Salary Range As per CUPE 2419 Collective Agreement

Work HoursIt is expected the student will work for up to 9 hours of work per week for 13 weeks (depending on the availability of work).
