- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Proficient in HR systems (ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, ATS).
- Skilled in HR administration, benefits, and wellness programs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Collaborative team player with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience managing high-volume, multi-site HR operations.
