
Project Manager

- Define project scope, create and maintain integrated schedules, control budgets and cash flow, manage variances and forecasts, and lead change control.
- Identify, quantify, mitigate, and escalate risks; implement countermeasures to recover off-track projects.
- Align plant leadership, functional SMEs, and external partners/vendors; issue regular progress reports and stage-gate packages.
- Oversee EPCs and trades, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality, schedule, and site rules.
- Support capital allocation and internal approval committee processes with robust business cases and cost controls.
- Maintain accurate records, as-built and turnover packages; closeout with lessons learned for reuse.
- Embed a 'safety first' approach in all planning, site work, contractor interactions, and change decisions, with stop-work authority and reporting adherence.
- Drive the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, closure) with structured plans, WBS, baselines, and KPIs.
