- Oversee product activation processes, emphasizing user access entitlements and permissions.
- Prepare and maintain structured data files for system uploads, ensuring accuracy and version control.
- Utilize Excel and Power BI to analyze large datasets, uncover trends, and deliver actionable insights.
- Create dashboards and reports to effectively communicate metrics and performance to stakeholders.
- Address and resolve inconsistencies, gaps, and risks in activation-related workflows and data.
- Collaborate with product, IT, and business teams to support data analysis for product launches.
- Document business use cases, operational procedures, and functional requirements for product activation.
- Develop and maintain best practices and process documentation to ensure scalability and consistency.
- Apply frameworks for organizing and tagging raw data to enhance usability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for activation tools and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in a product operations, data analytics, or business analyst role.
- Expertise in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data cleaning, along with proficiency in Power BI.
- Familiarity with user access entitlements or permissioning-related data is preferred.
- Strong written communication skills for creating clear documentation and reports.
- Experience with productivity tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, and Asana.
- Highly organized and methodical with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
