As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of multi-channel marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition, engagement, and expansion. You will lead end-to-end campaign initiatives—from planning and segmentation to execution and performance analysis—across channels like email, social media (LinkedIn, Meta), and programmatic advertising. This is a strategic and hands-on role ideal for a data-driven marketer with deep knowledge of modern MarTech tools and a passion for campaign performance.Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and lead integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives, customer lifecycle stages, and regional/segment goals.
- Translate business objectives into campaign strategies using audience insights and funnel data.
- Partner with Sales and Service Leadership to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and revenue outcomes.
- Leverage buyer personas and funnel stages to tailor messaging, offers, and creative assets that maximize campaign impact.
- Email & Marketing Automation
- Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns including newsletters, nurture flows, and promotions.
- Deploy A/B testing strategies to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
- Leverage platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Constant Contact for automation and segmentation.
- Paid & Programmatic Advertising
- Develop and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic advertising platforms.
- Utilize platforms like Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to execute and monitor social advertising strategies.
- Campaign Analytics & Optimization
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, with a strong focus on KPIs such as pipeline contribution, impressions, conversion rates, and CAC.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders; continuously iterate based on performance data.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Brand, Creative, Content, Sales, and Service Leadership to ensure message consistency across all touchpoints.
- Contribute to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting high-value segments.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with go-to-market strategies and customer journey stages.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B campaign marketing, with proven ability to deliver against revenue/pipeline targets.
- Hands-on experience with:
- HubSpot Marketing Hub (preferred) or equivalent tools.
- Programmatic ad platforms (StackAdapt is a plus).
- LinkedIn and Meta Ads platforms.
- Strong background in email marketing, segmentation, and lifecycle automation.
- Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, ZoomInfo, DNB, Clay).
- Knowledge of SEO, customer journey mapping, and persona development.
- Experience with campaign analytics, UTM tracking, and performance reporting.
- Demonstrated expertise in A/B testing and data-informed optimization.
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
