45Position Summary:We are seeking a technically skilled graduate student to support student teams in the Master of Management Analytics (MMA) capstone course working alongside Prof. Rob Glew. The TA will work closely with teams and help them estimate technical support man-hours and cloud computing costs for their corporate-sponsored analytics projects. The role involves helping students plan their cloud deployment, machine learning operations (MLOps), and analytics integration on enterprise platforms. It is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to corporate applied computer science projects and build industrial connections.Responsibilities
  • Hold scheduled technical consulting sessions with capstone project teams.
  • Assist teams in estimating man-hour needs and cloud infrastructure costs.
  • Advise on planned deployment of analytics pipelines and MLOps workflows.
  • Create resource guides or templates for cost estimation and technical planning.
Qualifications:
  • Current graduate student in analytics, computer science, engineering, or related technical field.
  • Familiarity with some of:
  • Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure ,GCP.
  • Business intelligence tools: Power BI, Tableau.
  • MLOps practices: containerization, deployment, monitoring.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with student teams and corporate stakeholders.
