- Facility maintenance and monitoring: Oversee/provide daily facility maintenance and repairs, monitor building systems, and ensure all critical infrastructure is functioning properly. Schedule and supervise cleaning and upkeep services.
- Support for power and environmental systems: Assist with UPS systems, generators, HVAC equipment, and environmental controls to maintain optimal operating conditions.
- Vendor and contractor coordination: Escort and supervise external technicians, ensuring work is completed safely and in compliance with Site/Company protocols.
- Work order and ticket management: Respond to facility-related requests, track issues, and ensure timely resolution. Respond to emergency maintenance requests and manage resolution.
- Preventive maintenance tasks: Carry out scheduled maintenance activities and document results.
- Health, safety, and security support: Assist with safety procedures, emergency preparedness, and adherence to site access controls. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Inventory and supplies management: Maintain stock of essential materials and coordinate procurement when needed.
- Support for onsite projects: Participate in facility upgrades, equipment installations, and infrastructure improvements.
- Ability to lift equipment: Perform physical tasks as required.
- Site Security: Maintenance safety of equipment and badge protocols.
- 2 years of experience in facilities, building operations, or maintenance, ideally in a technical or mission-critical environment.
- Familiarity with 24/7 operational environments and service delivery frameworks.
- Bilingual in English and French an asset (but not required)
